Magic: The Gathering: The Hobbit Draft Night

If you've seen "Draft Night" on a Magic box and weren't sure what made it different from an ordinary booster box, this is the one to look at. A Draft Night box is put together for a drafting session — that's a format where a group of players open packs together, pick one card each in turn and pass the rest around, then build a deck from what they ended up with. Everything a table of players needs for that is in the box.

A Play Booster is the standard pack for drafting and for opening generally. A Collector Booster is a separate pack type weighted towards foils and alternate treatments, so there's one of those in here alongside the twelve.

The 90 basic lands matter more than they sound like they might. Drafting leaves you needing a pile of lands to finish a deck, and most people's first draft stalls at exactly that point, so having them in the box saves digging through a collection mid-session.
