We're a growing UK trading card and collectables business built on one idea: every customer should feel like part of the community — whether they're watching a live stream, browsing in store, or opening a parcel at home. We're hiring across two roles.

Stream Host
You'd be the face and voice of our live streams — opening packs, showing off the good stuff, and making it somewhere people actually want to hang out.
Full training provided and no experience necessary — so if you've ever thought about giving streaming a go, this is your sign to come and join the team!
What you'd be doing
- Hosting the streams from one of our streaming spots — opening packs and showing off collectables live, family-friendly throughout
- Keeping the atmosphere warm and welcoming, so people want to stick around
- Chatting to everyone watching, answering their questions and getting to know the regulars
- Being straight about what you're holding — condition, rarity, and what it's actually worth
- Handling the sales as they come in, so nobody's left waiting or wondering
- Helping us decide what goes on next — themes, formats, whatever you fancy trying
- Being Neo on camera — you're the person people will remember us by
- Building an audience that keeps coming back, by turning up consistently and being yourself
What we're hoping for
- Someone who loves at least one of these enough to talk about it for an hour:
- Pokémon
- Disney Lorcana
- Magic: The Gathering
- One Piece
- Football, or any other sports TCG
- Confidence on camera — you don't need to be polished, just comfortable being watched
- A warm, positive tone that keeps things family-friendly, always
- Easy to talk to, and genuinely into the community side of it
- Happy when things move fast and don't quite go to plan
- Reliable and organised — careful with the stock and the sales, even when it's hectic
- Streamed or presented before? Lovely. Never? Also lovely — personality matters far more
- Someone who works well alongside the rest of us
- Up for mucking in, trying new things, and telling us honestly what's working and what isn't
Store Lead
This is the person who makes the shop feel like the shop — running the floor day to day, and making sure everyone who walks in leaves feeling like one of us.
What you'd be doing
- Running the shop day to day, and setting the tone on the floor
- Sorting rotas, breaks and cover, so the place always runs smoothly
- Being our senior keyholder — opening up, locking up, and the end-of-day routine
- Keeping an eye on sales against target, and spotting where we could do better
- Owning stock from end to end: deliveries, pricing, accuracy, singles and loss prevention
- Making the shop look good — merchandising, presentation, shelves that are clean and well stocked
- Planning and hosting events, tournaments and play-table nights that bring the local community in — TCG nights mean a couple of evenings a week
- Answering the tricky questions about cards and collectables
- Handling returns, complaints and anything that's gone wrong, with a cool head and good judgement
- Keeping on top of health and safety, and our opening and closing procedures
- Telling the rest of us how it's going — sales, stock, what customers are saying — and pitching in your own ideas
- Being Neo to every customer and every teammate
What we're hoping for
- Worked in a trading card or collectables shop before? That would be brilliant
- Some experience supervising, leading a team, or managing a store — retail or hospitality both count
- Comfortable leading — motivating people, handing work out, and holding a standard fairly
- A real interest in trading cards and collectables
- A head for the commercial side — targets, stock accuracy, and how the shop's actually performing
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy — we're handing you the keys and the stock
- Happy to pitch in elsewhere when we need it, like fulfilment and the online side
- Calm when it's busy, and able to sort a customer problem out without checking in first
- Organised, with solid admin and computer skills
- An eye for detail, especially around stock and the condition of what we're selling
- Friendly and approachable — someone the regulars will be glad to see behind the counter
- Made coffee before? A lovely bonus, not a must
- Up for getting stuck in, trying new things, and being honest with us so we can get better
Please note that our streaming location, shop, and packing areas are based within a Grade II listed building, which does not have lift access. As a result, applicants must be able to navigate stairs comfortably as part of this role.
