Magic: The Gathering: Foundations Commander Deck – Wretched Ranks

Wretched Ranks is one of five Foundations Commander decks, and it's the black one. The five are built for people coming to Commander for the first time: each deck is a single colour, which keeps the lands straightforward while you learn the rest.
