Shrouded Fable is a 2024 Scarlet & Violet special set with a noticeably darker slant than the mainline expansions either side of it. Pecharunt ex is its centrepiece, and the release leans on Darkness types throughout, which gives the whole set a consistent look. It is a small, focused release rather than a sprawling one, and collectors took to it quickly for exactly that reason.

Shrouded Fable booster packs are listed on this page, the simplest way into the set for anyone after its Darkness-type cards or filling a gap in a Scarlet & Violet run. Packs go out tracked from the UK, and from 5 September 2026 you can buy them in person at 36 High Street, Highworth, Wiltshire.
