Hidden Fates is unusual among Pokémon sets: it was never sold as a booster box. Printed in 2019, its packs were distributed only inside the Elite Trainer Box and the Charizard GX, Gyarados GX and Raichu GX tins, and that scarcity of format is a large part of why the set holds the reputation it does.
The Shiny Vault
The draw is the Shiny Vault, a subset of shiny-treatment cards numbered separately with an SV prefix and sitting alongside the main Hidden Fates cards. Shiny Charizard GX is the one everybody knows, but the Vault spans a wide spread of Pokémon and full art trainers, and it is the reason people still open this set years later.
Because there is no booster box, the ETB and the three tins are the only sealed way into Hidden Fates packs. Both formats were reprinted after the original 2019 run, so check the individual listing for the printing you want.
Everything is dispatched tracked from the UK, and from 5 September 2026 you can buy in person at 36 High Street, Highworth, Wiltshire.
All products are sourced from trusted, genuine distributors. Booster pack contents are randomised — cards vary by pack, and no specific card, including any pictured or mentioned chase card, is guaranteed.
