Do you accept pre-orders on new releases and upcoming products?

The short answer is no. The slightly longer answer is we don't offer pre-orders because we don't like to let you, our customers, down. With the volatility of the world - Covid-19, the economy, driver shortages, Brexit, problems at ports... the list goes on, we couldn't in good faith, sell our customers something we can't absolutely guarantee we will have on release day. Allocations occur, delays occur, cancellations occur - all beyond our control, but what is within our control is not selling a product that we don't physically have. This is why we only sell products on a first-come-first-served basis when our stock is physically here where we can see, touch and hold it.

This means you can be confident that if you purchase from Neo Cards & Collectables your order won't be cancelled unexpectedly due to unforeseen delays. We like happy customers, and we've found this is the best way to ensure that. Will this change in the future? Perhaps. But, for now, this is how we do things.

If you don't accept pre-orders, how do I ensure I can get the products I want on release day?

Excellent question. Firstly, we recommend you follow us on Instagram @neocollectables. We update our page with product news, videos and release dates and times. We also recommend you sign up for email notifications for the products you're interested in. That way, as soon as we push the 'in stock' button, you will receive an email to let you know your item is available to purchase.

Your prices are very competitive, are your products official?

Yes. All our products are sourced from official, licensed, UK distributors. We do not and would not sell any proxy, fake or unlicensed products in our store. Ever. We're able to keep our pricing low through bulk ordering and keeping our business overheads low. We do not have fancy offices, a physical store to run or lots of staff, so we can pass these savings on to you, our lovely customers.
