Delivery Service

Neo Cards & Collectables offers free standard delivery on all orders over £25 (UK Only). Our free standard delivery uses Royal Mail's 48 service, which aims, but does not guarantee, delivery within 2-5 working days. This is the perfect option for our customers that aren't in a rush for their items and want to take advantage of our free delivery.

Some orders may be too large to send using these services, and, in those instances, we will opt for the most suitable courier at our discretion. From time to time, we also may use the most appropriate shipping method that will ensure your item gets to you quickly and safely. Any additional costs incurred will be paid for by Neo Cards & Collectables.

Courier Delivery Times

Neo Cards & Collectables currently use Royal Mail to deliver our products. Any order placed before 4pm GMT (excluding weekends and bank holidays) is dispatched the same day.

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver to their time frame, we're able to offer our customers two options:

1. You're able to refuse the delivery. You will then be offered a full refund when the goods are returned to us. Or;

2. You may accept the delivery and request we refund 50% of the postage cost. You're able to request this by any means on our contact us page.

Customers who opt for our free delivery option cannot request any compensation for items not delivered in their expected time frame.

Lost Orders

If your order doesn't arrive, please contact us let us know as soon as possible. We will then decide whether to refund your order or resend the order by tracked delivery. We reserve the right to choose which action to take depending on the circumstances.

Incomplete Address & Return to Sender

Please ensure you carefully check your address at checkout and again when you receive your order confirmation. If your address is incorrect, please let us know immediately. It is the customers' responsibility to ensure the address given to us is correct to provide safe and speedy fulfilment of your order. We may charge additional postage to resend orders once they are returned to us by the carrier.

Will I be given a tracking number to track the delivery of my order?

Tracking numbers can only be provided for services that offer them. If the service you select at checkout does not include a tracking number, you will not be able to check the status of the package once it has been sent. Services that offer tracking include:

I haven't received my item yet and it's been under 15 days, what can I do?

If you haven't received your item in under 15 days, we ask our customers to please wait until the 15th day. Unfortunately, this is the point that Royal Mail will accept that an item is considered lost.
